At Exceed, we make it our mission to understand what your key take outs are for your event, ensuring this is delivered whilst bringing fun, humour and energy to ensure all guests are fully engaged!
Our corporate hosting service commences months before the event itself when our host begins his preparation with learning about you as an organisation, what you do and what your core values and messages are. He will get your brief, understand what the objectives are and if there are any key take outs that you want your delegates to leave with.
On the day itself your host will initially start by welcoming guests, building rapport and directing people to the right areas. He will do the official welcoming, give people an insight into the event structure and introduce members of the organisation to speak as and when required. If running awards throughout your event, your host will be able to run this element for you introducing each award, running through the nominees and announcing your winners! All of this can be done to specifically tailored music, which will have already been planned and prepared!
Throughout all of this, your host will also be your direct contact with the venue to ensure everything runs as smoothly and on schedule.
Party Time? – No problem!
The great news is that all of our hosts are professional open format DJ’s! Why not take advantage of this and allow them to continue the energy and atmosphere that they’ve build during the awards or dinner into the later part of the evening and finish the event with a bang!
