“Life’s short, so let’s live it!”
That’s the Vanitas Bar tagline, and it’s a slogan we can absolutely get on board with, which was why we were delighted to help with their launch.
Vanitas Bar comes under the Manchester Hall umbrella, and is also housed in the iconic former Freemasons Hall. Due to our long and growing relationship with Manchester Hall and our proven track record of throwing spectacular events, we were asked to run the entertainment for their latest bar launch, and beyond.
The brief was to create market-leading entertainment with just a six week turnaround. We had to really pull out all the stops for this one.
A total of 72 different artists got involved across the entire launch weekend, and an average of 45 artists per week performed thereafter.
Not only do we arrange regular performances and entertainment for standard nights, we also go even further for special occasions, such as arranging for Ibiza saxophone player, Lovely Laura, to perform for party-goers on New Year’s Eve.
Following their launch we produced a full annual calendar of entertainment, themed evenings and club promotions to keep guests entertained 12 months of the year.
Our work on the Vanitas Bar has allowed us to grow our entertainment team, thus strengthening our proposition in the private sector, and allowing us to come up with bigger, better and more out-of-this-world ideas.
